Why Do Nissan Titan Tonneau Covers Fail With Tall Loads?

Hard folding, soft roll-up, retractable, and rigid covers use different hardware, but the cargo-height rule is the same. If the load rises above the bed rails, the cover has to move.

How is it different from a truck cap?

A truck cap adds a fixed-height enclosure. STRETCH is a flexible cover that changes with your load and rolls back for full bed access. It is not a rigid shell or a weight-bearing platform.

How high does it expand?

Expansion depends on your truck, bed size, and the shape of your cargo. The flexible cover stretches above the bed rails to accommodate taller loads. Check your model’s details for the right setup.

Is the cover waterproof?

STRETCH is water-resistant. It helps protect cargo from rain, snow, and dust, but some moisture can enter in heavy rain or extreme conditions.

Can cargo touch the cover?

What Happens Cargo Gets Taller Than a Nissan Titan Tonneau Cover?
