Returns, Exchanges, and Warranty

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Sawtooth product. If you need to return your unopened and unused product within 30 days, we will offer you a free return with no restocking fees. You only pay for the original shipping fees to you. This does not apply to special order items or bulk purchases. Non-defective, unopened and unused products should be returned in new condition and having not been installed.

Any return must first be approved before returning and accompanied by a Return Product Authorization number (RA) to ensure proper credit. Please fill out our Return / Exchange / Warranty Claim on our website. We will issue you an RA number and instructions within 5 days, after we have reviewed your case. Transportation charges must be prepaid on returned products. C.O.D. returns will not be accepted. Shipments without prior authorization or without a valid RA number clearly posted on the outside of the box will be refused.

If you wish to return your product because of a warranty issue, please fill out our Return / Exchange / Warranty Claim on our website. We will issue you an RA number and instructions within 5 days, after we have reviewed your case. Transportation charges must be prepaid on returned products. C.O.D. returns will not be accepted. Upon inspection and confirmation of defect, merchandise will be repaired and returned prepaid or purchase price credited if under warranty. Any deviation from above merchandise returns must be pre-approved. Product listings, prices, drawings, weights, sizes, and manufacturing details are subject to change without notice. All sales are final. Shipments without prior authorization or without a valid RA number clearly posted on the outside of the box will be refused.

If for some reason we shipped you the wrong product or made a mistake on your order, please contact us at dj@sawtootht.com within 30 days of order receipt.

If your order was damaged in shipment, please contact us immediately at dj@sawtootht.com. Please take pictures of delivered package and save all packaging material. Do not install any product that has been damaged during shipment.
