In the event you need to return your unopened and unused truck bed cover, you may do so within 30 days of purchase. You are responsible for return shipping costs and your original outbound (to you) shipping & handling fees will not be refunded. Non-defective, unopened, and unused products should be returned in new condition without any evidence of installation.  Returned truck bed covers will be inspected and any repair or replacement costs of any damaged items will be subtracted from the return refund.  Returns can take up to 10-15 business days to process.

Making a return:

Any return must first be approved and must be accompanied by a Return Product Authorization (RA) number to ensure proper credit. Please contact We will review your case and issue you a Return Product Authorization (RA) number and instructions within 5 days. Transportation costs of returned product are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Return conditions:

All shipments without prior authorization or without a valid RA number clearly posted on the outside of the box will be refused. Collect on delivery (C.O.D.) returns will not be accepted and a from the above merchandise returns must be pre-approved. Product listings, prices, drawings, weights, sizes, and manufacturing details are subject to change without notice. All sales are considered final. Special order items, custom built items, or bulk purchases cannot be returned.

Incorrect product received:

If for any reason we shipped you the wrong product or made a mistake on your order, please contact us at within 10 days of order receipt so we can fix the issue with your order. 

Order damaged during shipment:

If your order was damaged in shipment, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at Please take pictures of the delivered package and save all packaging material. Do not install any product that has been damaged during shipment.
